The Federal Department for Environment and Heritage has lots of resources, booklets, posters, school activities and lesson plans/activities etc which you can order and have set to you. Check out http://www.deh.gov.au/about/publications/index.html

Also FOR TEACHERS:
Have a look at a competition running 'lord of the weeds' by CRC Weed Management registrations close on MAY 24th see www.weeds.crc.org.au/for_schools/competition.html. On this page are also links for other school groups and online computer games and activities.
